Welcome to Waqtify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Waqtify mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Waqtify ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email registration. You agree to:

Waqtify is a productivity application designed for Muslims to organize their daily activities around prayer times. The Service includes:

Waqtify Premium: Advanced features are available through a paid subscription at the following prices:

By subscribing, you authorize the relevant billing provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions are billed immediately upon purchase at the selected plan's price.
For web subscriptions, refund requests can be sent to team@waqtify.app. App Store and Google Play refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (tasks, events, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Prayer times are calculated using astronomical algorithms and may vary based on your location and calculation method settings. While we strive for accuracy, prayer times are provided as estimates and should be verified with your local mosque or Islamic authority.
Islamic content within the app (Quranic verses, Adhkar, etc.) is sourced from reputable Islamic sources. However, we encourage users to verify religious content with qualified scholars.
The Service includes AI-powered features for scheduling assistance. AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting any AI suggestions.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Waqtify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waqtify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion hard-removes your data from our database, revokes any active Sign in with Apple session, and cancels any active web subscription. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions continue to renew until you cancel them through the App Store or Play Store, because Apple and Google control that billing relationship. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waqtify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
